and Discover. We are more than happy to accept money orders,
and cashier cheques as well, however these methods will
require payment to be cleared before goods will be shipped.

Out
of Stock Items
If
an item you have selected is temporarily out of stock or is
unavailable, Ragflops will notify you immediately. You will
have the
option to wait for the item to be in stock, select a different
item or cancel that item.
Customer
Satisfaction
We
are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, customer
satisfaction is our priority here at Ragflops. Our aim is
that you are 100% happy with your purchase. Should this not
be the case we will do our utmost to solve any issue efficiently
and as quickly as possible.
Loss
or Damage in Transit
We
ship USPS and it is for the most part a reliable mailing service,
however, mishaps do occur. All items are checked thoroughly
before packaging with care. Should a package be delayed, arrive
damaged or not at all, please contact us promptly by email
or phone so we can discuss the matter. RagFlops will not be
held accountable for items that are damaged during transit.
For this reason, we strongly recommend insuring your purchase.
Defective Goods
Should an item fall below RagFlops Standards , kindly contact
us promptly via email or phone within seven days of the receipt
of your
goods to arrange an exchange or refund which will be at our
discretion. Proof of purchase and a description of the problem
will be
required. Please note that items must have labels intact and
be in original packaging. Shipping charges apply and are not
refundable.
Privacy
At
RagFlops, we do respect your privacy and promise not to disclose,
exchange or sell your personal details to any third party.
Your personal information will remain secure and confidential
and will only be used to process your order . Thank you.
Refunds
At RagFlops, our items are checked thoroughly before they
are shipped and matched up with your order, however there
are times when you may have purchased the wrong size, color
or you may not be completely happy with your purchase. Therefore
- returns
must be received within 30 days of purchase.
The item must be returned in saleable, unused condition, the
shoes may
not have been worn. They must be in original packaging and
tags still attached.
We do not assume responsibility for damages that may occur
during return shipment. So please make sure you use adequate
packaging, and we recommend that you insure the package for
your own protection.
Original
shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.
Any credits or refunds will be applied to the credit card
used at time of purchase. or in the case of money orders or
cashiers cheques, a refund cheque will be issued.
We do not issue cash refunds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled the same as returns. A refund will be
issued the same way it was purchased, as soon as the original
item is received and in good condition. To expedite an exchange,
email us at ragflops@yahoo.com
and order your replacement. In-stock merchandise will ship
immediately. We will charge your credit card for new merchandise
at that time, and a refund will be applied to your credit
card upon return of the original item.
Shipping
All shipping is done through USPS. Flat rate ... $4.95 for
the first pair, $1.00 each additional pair up to 5 pairs.
For larger orders, please contact us for a combined shipping
rate. Ragflops are shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving
payment.
